“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“We stayed 2 nights and everything was good. Bed was not made up after the first night but really no big deal.”

“The location was okay and room have amenities like refrigerator and microwave but not plugged in to the switches.”

“Our only comments are regarding the inoperative ice machine and the lack of any room USB ports that are features of the more modern hotels. Minor inconveniences, for sure. When in the area, we will book here again.”

“I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead……
