“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. ”

“It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room……

“The Hotel and room were clean. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed upon my check in. Even after check out I wasn’t asked how was the stay, only if I needed a receipt. One of the housekeepers wanted to go back and forth about towels after I told her she didn’t give me enough per the number of people in the room. I normally pack my own towels but forgot them, there was a Walmart very close so my issue was resolved. ”

“Didn’t really see the staff, there was only one person at the desk checking ppl in and answering the phone, the hotel smelled like marijuana, the door to the hotel was never locked people could walk in and out. It was a lot going on too much to type ”
