Vacation to Downtown Nashville

It was such a cool place to stay!

Comfortable beds, pillows not so much. Great location, great value and overall great experience. Would def stay at the Bobby again.

We were told upon checkin the loud noise in the lobby would quiet down at 10pm but it did not until 11pm. I didn’t care for that after a long day of traveling. I also didn’t care for the virtual assistant on the phone. A big company like Hilton can have someone answer the guests calls.

When we first entered our room we noticed that one of the light fixtures over each bed was missing. Then we noticed the shards of glass and the screws on the nightstand between the beds. Upon further investigation we noticed that the broken fixture was in the trash under the desk. We immediately notified the front desk and was informed maintenance would be there, but nobody came. Then I went to the front desk and was informed it would be immediately taken care of. Nothing happened that day either. We arrived on Tuesday and left Saturday. It never was taken care of. The shelves needed to be wiped down which I did myself. We were only left only one towel one day. When you take a shower, the water gets all over the bathroom floor. Too lengthy of an explanation to go into here. It could use more storage for clothing and a light in hallway area in ceiling above shelves, safe area. It's a beautiful Hotel though, great location. Just some minor adjustments.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Only a quick car ride to downtown Nashville (25 minute walk) which is not bad if you enjoy walking. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. Free delicious breakfast every day, coffee is available for free as well all day long too. Would definitely visit Nashville again.
