“Great price and great location.”

“4 adult women needing a safe and clean place to stay for a few days of adventuring thru Nashville. The house was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The great location made it an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. On another note.....The broken glass and boarded up back door was a little disturbing...especially since it was the same style glass door as the front entry. The bed linens were not as fresh and clean smelling as the towels. Also, the bathroom……

“We visited Nashville for 4 days traveling up to Mammoth Cave National Park and to Fall Creek Falls State Park. This location is close to many activities if you don't have a car. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need (except a sharp knife or scissors and we could have used more hangers). I appreciated how much thought the owner has put into making guests comfortable. (Mirrors in bedrooms and hooks for hanging towels). We used the pool which is nice for cooling off and the……

“Great place as advertised. Super close to Broadway. Walk to Farmers Market, 10 Uber to the bars and restaurants on Broadway. Very clean house. Location is near Germantown but not in it. Backs right up to a KFC. Was not a problem. No noise no smell. Would definitely stay there again!!”

“Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. ”

“Perfect place for visiting Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very short and cheap Uber ride. We walked to Broadway a couple of times during the day but I recommend getting an Uber after walking all day on Broadway. It is close to all in downtown area. Very clean and just as described.”

“We were excited about this stay based on the pictures and the location, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the listing. The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. It’s clear the property could benefit from some thoughtful updates. Another important note for future guests: the house is located very close to a busy road and a train track. The noise levels, especially at night, made it……
