“Place was very clean. Host was very attentive. It's a very minimalist property but was close to everything that we wanted to do. Plenty of parking. It is next to the expressway so there is some traffic noise. Overall a fine place for a couple to stay.”

The second floor also had a strong odor and stained carpeting was extensive. The hard flooring was dirty and worn, and many of the walls were visibly dirty as well. The property also showed……

“We didn’t get to stay. The key pad entry was broken and the front window was boarded up. The glass was gone. This was at 7pm on a Friday night for 6 people including kids. We had to find a hotel—2 rooms. This was terribly stressful and expensive. The host made little effort to help us. I am still waiting for my refund. This should include the coverage we bought for damages. I think we should also be compensated for the hotel costs. We stay in a Vrbo b/c it is comfortable and affordable.……
