“As usual the state was wonderful. New boat slip is perfect for our boat and the convenience and location service is the reason we always use reference. The text updates and at times available late check out are just a couple of the things we appreciate.”

“The condo was great and the location is beautiful. We had a small issue that was remedied quickly. I would recommend arriving in the daylight though. We’d definitely stay again.”

“Quality furnishing, wonderful screened porches, and so many additions for cooking and playing. . . TV's to please everyone in three spaces, games, and play station. . . the pool is awesome, the pickleball courts are lighted, and the putt putt course is fun. the lake is close by, and the best grocery store is nearby. The space to walk and be with friends and family and pets was shady and quiet.”

“This property was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishwasher pods. The kids loved the gaming themed room and the ability to go fishing on the property. This property was perfect for our needs!”

“Loved the location of this condo and views of Tablerock Lake. The condo was elegant and comfortable. Being in Kimberling City to enjoy activities in Branson was convenient. Grocery store, great coffee shop, and a few other food options were available close by. Would stay again!”

“We did enjoy the indoor pool. However, we struggled with finding the keypad. It turned out ok. We did message management for assistance and only received automated responses. The property was everything we required and was comfortable. There were multiple outdoor amenities, but we did not use… looked new. This not a luxury property. The listing was accurate and filled our needs. ”

“The location and the resort were good. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable. However, the internet was not set up in the condo, so we were unable to watch any TV or streaming services. The unit is a ground unit, but there are 2 flights of stairs to get down to the unit from the parking lot, which was not stated in the site listing. There were also no instructions on check-out for trash drop-off location (it is located at the far end of the parking lot, up the 2 flights of stairs).……
