Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn"

"For the price, was expecting a better experience. It is a typical low tier budget hotel. Rooms were not clean. Breakfast was horrible. Possible moisture/mold issues in room based on smell. Slept ok. Staff was also ok but could do more to improve the experience overall."

"I live in a trailer, and this is my safe place when severe weather is coming. Always very quiet and clean and comfortable."

"everything about our day was pretty good. The only issue we had was when we got there after 3 o’clock our room was still not clean. We had to wait about a half hour to get into our room. So we were unable to check in until about 4 PM. so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour.Yes, it was a minor inconvenience, but not enough for me to take away a star. The breakfast was delicious and everything about the staff and the cleanliness of the room when we finally got in there was superb. Thank you so much for a great weekend."
