“The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. We had a small issue and the host responded immediately and resolved it. The kitchen has adequate dishes and cookware for simple meals (no dishwasher, but we didn’t make any food there). The location is near an I-74 exit, so easy to get to. Quiet building and neighborhood.”

“Great location with lots of decent choices for restaurants, close to the casino, and hwy.Only issue is you can hear everything from other units like they’re in the apartment with you! Zero sound deadening was used whenever they remodeled this cool old warehouse.It’s my 3rd time staying 10 days and I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in Peoria if available.”

“I stayed a full week for work training. I felt at home. Bed is comfy. Shower head has multiple settings. Enjoyed watching my shows on the smart TV. Kitchen had everything I needed. Towels were big and fluffy. Balcony was big. I felt safe because both doors to building have key pads to enter code, as does the actual apartment. Air conditioning worked very well. I was comfortable and happy with the property for a whole week. This unit is 3rd floor, no elevator. It worked fine for me. I always feel……
