“This historic property is a gem. Steps away from some of the best dining and shopping in TC. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning.”

“Amazing location and beautiful place to stay!”

“Easy access!Great parking!”

“Property was in great proximity to downtown and was a newer building. Bed was comfortable and overall nice place and I would stay there again. The shower setup was a bit unusual as there was a sizeable pit in the middle where the drain is, and the floor of the shower is very slippery. Additionally, there is no wand and the shower head barely moves so it was not really possible to soap down without the shower head washing all the soap off as you go.”

“It was good, a sweet spot, great walking distance from beach and downtown. Not great for families who have a lot to bring up stairs, or have little that need nap times, there is no early check in. The price is reasonable, but still pricey all things considered… Very clean but the front load washer is icky. Needs to be cleaned, the rubber part actually left gunk on several clothing items, and (with kids) I couldn’t not do some laundry. Not a great 2 bed spot, the pull out bed is so uncomfortable,……

“We’ve returned to this condo a few times because the cleanliness and convenience are consistently excellent. The host is great at communicating in a timely manner. Overall a great place!”

“Very nice condo good location”

“Excellent location with easy late night check in process thanks to great communication with host. Quiet, upper level apartment with all the amenities we could want. The heated pool has a nice view of the beach, and the beach is pristine with plenty of beach lounge chairs to relax. There is also a nice patio with umbrella tables to enjoy the area between the pool and beach. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Our stay was very disappointing. Unbeknownst to us, when we arrived, the outdoor entry code had been changed, but the host never notified us. The only reason we were able to get in the night we arrived was by chance that I had added an extra number and gained access. I could not have duplicated the code if needed, so we had to hold the door open for one another as we unloaded, otherwise we were locked out and couldn’t gain access. The next day I spoke with another renter and asked if they were……

“The studio is in a wonderfully restored historic building, in a parkland setting, very comfortable, and great restaurants on site. We hardly needed to leave! We had a great timeOur host was very helpful when I had questions prior to our stay.”

“Great condo, it was our second time staying here. Location is great, getting access to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had nice updates and was great to stay in.”

“Our stay was great. The whole place was clean and very comfortable. The place was perfectly stock with anything one needed. The hot tub was a great bonus. We would stay there any time we are in the area.”

“This property was beautifully maintained and very comfortable for my husband and I. Would absolutely book again.”

“Very nice property. Very clean.”
