“It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. ”

“If you’re looking for an off the beaten path, rustic kind of vacation look no further. This place has so much rustic country charm you won’t to leave. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful, it’s absolutely beautiful on the lake. The cottage is super cozy, the beds were super comfortable and the lakeside doc/beach is what made it perfect for us (and our dogs). “This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. (Both of these were enjoyed and helped me sleep) We were able to take the commuter rail into Boston for a day of shopping without the stress of driving and parking in the……

“We came up to Massachusetts for a large family reunion, but wanted a quiet place aL our own. This charming cottage in Marshfield was absolutely perfect. The host was very responsive and friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was the perfect amount of space for our small family. The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend.”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
