Breakfast was in a tight area but was fairly good.
The staff was really helpful, but no one shows up until 9AM at the front desk, so that was awkward sometimes.
Overall however this hotel is really nice. I would have no qualms staying there again; in fact, I would choose it.

Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line.
