I asked for an individual bottle of water but unfortunately no available. With the actual situation and the CORONA Virus, I think the minimum is providing customers with an individual bottle of water. Thank you

Airline is responding well to the COVID-19 outbreak. My first flight was canceled but I was easily able to rebook online and had zero problems checking in and getting on the next flight. Also they encouraged spacing out passengers which I appreciated as well.

Best thing about my flight: it was right on time and my baggage came out promptly on the carousel. Thank you.

I'm short so have enough leg space but it's very difficult for window seat folks to get into their seats

Basically a commuter flight. Short and sweet. Flight crew were very nice and accommodating. My wife is afraid of flying and wished the captain gave her advance notice of actual touchdown. I told her he’s busy trying to land a plane 😂. But he did give us a ten minute notice. Flight was over 20 minutes early arriving. ( when does that ever happen )

I love their blue chips and the good amount of knee room
