“The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !”

“I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately.”

“Room was simple but clean. Provision for breakfast and availability of kitchen area was appreciated.”

“The bathroom was dirty, and the customer service was very disappointing. The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the experience even more……

“Rooms were clean, lots of self-parking at no charge”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“Pool was not open yet, breakfast is simple. Always hear from the outside that door slammed loudly. The vent in the room seems can not turn off, also very loud.”

“There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!”
