Had to pay for an extra day bc of lack of flexibility even though upon arrival it was quite evident most rooms were available. Never met or even saw a staff member while there. Needed help with wifi and only got a text message the next day asking if we wanted them to send out maintenance. Felt like we were an inconvenience booking their rental.
