"The place was perfect for me! I definitely enjoyed myself, I thought it would be right on beach but location was perfect for a quick stroll! I did have an issue getting in, the instructions given was off but I figured it out after a few tries! Place looks better than picture with new paint job, new sofa, kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed to cook while I was there. Recommendations: fix the lock on door, have to hold the door closed a certain amount to get the lock to engage, the door has rust on it didn’t want to touch it! Also the bathroom blind has rust on it, should probably change that. I also had to sweep and mop when I first got there because there was a ton of sand on the floors. Purchased a bathmat and left in shower because it needed one!!"

"10/10 recommend staying at Island Time! It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with the hubby! I am OCD and the cleanliness of this place was top notch for a vacation rental. Owners instructions for entry were clear and precise & everything was so perfect that we did not need a thing from them during our stay! The view from the top deck is breath taking! The outdoor furniture on the decks is extraordinary! Most places out cheaper plastic outdoor furniture outside but these chairs and tables were amazing! This unit even provided beach chairs (although it was too windy so we did not use them). The location is PERFECT! Settled right in the heart of Hatteras, just minutes from the Ferry, Frisco, Buxton, and Avon. We ate at so many of the local eateries and had great experiences. The location has 39 other condominiums and everyone was so nice! There was a group of people who had a cookout in the picnic area out back and they were so friendly & polite! ALSO! This unit is just steps from the sand. 😍 early morning sunrise walks on the beach or late night strolls at sunset are the perfect additions to any day! We will most definitely rent again for our next getaway ❤️"

"Unit was well stocked with cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances. Clean, well decorated, and comfortable bed. Pool not open yet but that is o.k. Husband did use pool table. Hope to stay there again in the same unit. Had wonderful time."
