“The villa was good with amenities, great pool area, and excellent location. The kitchen and bath were set up and clean. Carpet in stairwell and bedroom could use attention or just replace. The villas are not "fancy" but neither is Ocracoke. We didn't see any bikes available but there are options to rent or take the free tram/golf cart around. And the internet wifi was not accessible when we were there. We never interacted with the host, but we checked in fine and never needed anything. I think……

“Fantastic location right on the water. Nice little screened in deck to have dinner in and gorgeous view from the living area. Only drawback was we had a very heavy walker in the rental about us that we heard until later in the night and a bit early in the morning..... even with that we loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Host was quick to respond to my user error in working the air conditioning units. The house was spotless. My son left his retainer and they contacted us and are mailing them to us. We will stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that the rain runs off the roof right on to the pathway into the house. Only a slight inconvenience.”
