“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Positives: The room was spacious and quiet and everything was clean. Very convenient location at the corner of the university campus. Easy parking on premises. Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Room for improvement: The room did not have towels when we arrived, we were not able to receive a roll away bed, the air condition was extremely cold and temperature could not be changed, our room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. While the guests before me were offered water at check-in, I was not……
