“The shower was not very clean, and there were spiders on webs in the corners that had to be cleared out. However, the owner was very attentive. An issue came in the bathroom that was out of his control, and he sent the handyman to see us immediately. When it was apparent that the issue could not be fixed during the night of our stay, another bathroom was made available for our use.The kitchen was fully ready for cooking, and the bed was clean and comfortable.”

“Breakfast offerings were terrible. Food and serving pieces, eggs, bread, juice, bowls, plates, utensils were not maintained and serving area was littered with spilled food , dirty dishes and in some cases no plates or bowls. Trash containers were overflowing and there was no one attending the area. Guests were engaging with desk staff regarding the condition of the area which they did nothing to address. Third floor ice machine was out of order so I used the stairs to go to the second floor.……

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. “Beautiful home that was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Bed was really comfortable -- I slept great! Based on the description, I had anticipated this property would be a little closer to the Mizzou campus, however the 13-minute drive (no traffic) wasn't bad at all. I appreciated a place to park and the drive was easy. Location is in a nice, quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.”
