“We had a great stay at El Glampo! The tent was very comfortable and view was amazing. From our deck we could see the White Sands all the way across the valley. We did have a small problem with the hot water but JD and Rego came that day and worked it out for us. They are great guys. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave early but they worked with us on that and I think everyone was satisfied with the outcome. A couple of notes. Then they said she is busy. I said I'd wait. In the meantime, I saw she was talking with her staff. So I……

“Asked for a military discount and was told no because we booked with Expedia. Showed up to check in 1 hour early and the place was completely dead but was told no. Morning breakfast to start at 7 am but did not start until 730”
