The sweeping entry topped by a second story balcony beckons you into this beautifully designed home with spacious open layout, soaring ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows designed to capture nature and bring it inside. This home has been significantly upgraded with all new furnishings, fresh paint and coastal décor.

The two large living rooms are perfect for large groups with plenty of seating and a warm, energetic vibe. Enjoy 70” and 50” TV viewing and more. For quiet conversations or some alone time, this retreat offers many small spaces including two private balconies, two screened porches and expansive decking overlooking the lush, beautifully landscaped private backyard.

For outdoor fun, you can swim in your very own private pool and unwind in the soothing hot tub spa (additional fee to heat the spa) in the secluded backyard nestled among the greenery. You’ll feel like you’re in your own little paradise with the waterfall feature and outdoor shower. You and your guests can relax on the large pool deck or step off onto the grassy green area for lawn games and cloud watching.

For those who prefer a little shade, there are two screened-in porches – a large one at pool level with comfortable, high-end cushioned rattan furnishings, and a second one off the kitchen/dining room area with wicker rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, watching nature, reading, or group activities like cards, puzzles and games. This porch also includes deck access with a Weber grill and more outdoor seating. Be sure to challenge one of your crew to a friendly game of ping pong in the onsite two-car garage.

All five spacious (and nicely distanced) bedrooms feature their own baths, brand new Marriott mattresses, and new Smart Samsung flat screen TVs for streaming. There are three master suites with King beds, a bedroom with two extra-long twin beds, and the fifth bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a roll away trundle. The first-floor master suite spans the house from front to back and features a 42" SMART TV, a workspace with desk & chair, private bath with two vanities, garden tub and separate shower with bench seat, deck access, and a sleeper sofa. Up 18 steps, you will find the other two king master bedrooms. Each enjoy a private bathroom and balcony with wooden rockers for private outdoor retreats.

There will never be too many cooks in this huge, well-equipped kitchen featuring modern, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, pantry, and separate coffee and drink stations. The large designer dining room table comfortably seats 12 guests with seating for six more at the island.

Toss in a load of laundry if you wish in the fully equipped laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.
