“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. “Quiet town. Kind staff. Very comfy bed. But room smelled as if it had been flooded. Light was broken in bathroom but they had a floor lamp plugged in. TV in bedroom didn’t work. Both ac units worked but the vents to adjust airflow were broken. So much potential for a cute motel alongside Route 66. Just needs a little TLC. PS: And Romo’s was an excellent dinner recommendation made by motel staff!”

“Stayed here for one evening while on a motorcycle trip throughout the southwest and route 66. It's definitely an older property but my room was clean and comfortable. The fellow at check in was great. Recommend a great local Chinese restaurant. Came by a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. Overall I couldn't have enjoyed my short stay more. If you are doing 66 give it a shot!”
