“Booked through Expedia. The listing is very misleading. Pictures showed a stove and oven on my selection however this did not exist. When I relayed this was not what I expected I was told it was my fault / just how Expedia was set up. There were bugs in the room as well and when I reported that it was ignored with no response.”
