“The apartment was nice . They had no coffee pot and never brought one. The breaker for A/C kept flipping off. No real person even after calling property management .”

“Everything was more than I expected. The room was clean, big, and in the perfect location in the building. When I go back to Miami I would only like to stay here. You will not be disappointed!”

“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out……

“A lot of items didn’t function properly, and the double bed “pullout” really isn’t that. The shower leaks and could barely adjust the temperature. The toilet wasn’t functioning properly either. I had to fix it everytime I used it.”

“They lie and scam you they damage the sheets after I left and tried to charge me 250 for a queen sized sheet and I have a video of the sheets cause I removed them from the bed and checked them before I left out”
