“The property was in excellent condition. It looks just like the images being advertised. A nice little cozy atmosphere that will sleep about 3 people and not a five being advertised. It will sleep 5 if two are children. I did not hear from the host throughout the trip only at the beginning to notify me that the microwave and stove were not working and they put an air fryer in the kitchen to use. This information should have been shared prior to checkin. Otherwise, the facility is well kept, not……

“The check-in process was smooth as the gate code and door code were provided the morning of arrival. The concept of virtual front desk is different, but my request for beach towels was handled promptly and efficiently, similar to that of a staffed front desk. The room was perfect for my wife and I who needed a simple room that is clean and well stocked. The location was a short walk to many restaurants, bars, clubs, and other stores...no car needed here.”

“Room and place is very clean and nice. Half of the amenities were not open -sauna, poolside bar, spa, and cafe were all closed.”

Walking distance to a lot of eating places and Walmart. There's a bus stop about 3 minutes walk away, though the bus is highly inconsistent.”

“Check in was easy. Studio looks way bigger in the photos it’s basically just a room - it was 3 of us. All amenities including the lounge area closes at 11. I was having trouble with the tv so I went to watch in the lounge area and was told I had to leave because it closes at 11. The pool is also very small.”

“The refrigerator had not been cleaned. We had to throw away some cooked beans. As soon as we came in the room, a mirror fell off. It did not break. We tried to re hang it but the nails were not strong enough. The balcony door was dirty.”
