The door to the balcony doesn’t lock and the balcony directly connects to the balcony of the neighboring room, which is extremely unsafe. Upon arrival there were drops of a sticky brown liquid on the ground and in the refrigerator. As for the wall unit AC, it does not fit snugly into the wall……
