“Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job.
