No where close to perception

Pros: The breakfast was ok.
Cons: Customer service would be my first recommendation. Front desk person not friendly at all.
Location: Magic Springs is less than a mile away. Trust me, it's not worth it to stay here.
This hotel was very disappointing. Called to let them know we would arrive late, requested lower level room because husband is handicapped. Upon arrival, the clerk told me no downstairs rooms. I told him that my husband was disabled and needed a room that accommodates. We were given a room on the second floor, yes, had to climb stairs, and upon entering the room, discovered it was no where close to accommodating. No tub and no handles to hold onto. Very small room for 4 people. Only had 2 towels with a reservation for 4. Called and requested more...never received. Very noisy occupants that constantly smoked on balcony and it kept coming in our room through the window. Needless to say, we checked out the next day. Upon checkout, the clerk, the same one as the night before, never asked why we were checking out early. He never asked any questions and we were charged for both nights. This hotel may be closer to Magic Springs, but it clearly sucks! We went to a much better hotel for the same price as this one in downtown Hot Springs. I don't recommend this one at all!

Old hotel , more like a motel. Rooms are very small, bathroom was dirty smelled like pee. Too far to walk anywhere. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices.

Room was comfortable but had an odor.

Staff was terrific especially the young woman who checked us in. Room needed to be deodorized.

It's a good place only thing I didn't like was I booked 2 rooms and 1 room had a fridge and microwave and the other one didn't so kids knocking on door all hours of the night.

Home for a few days

Got a room that faced Hot Springs Mt. nice view. I like to stay here back in my old hood. I do wish that the ice machine was closer, but all in all I had no complaints.

pool was shut down and very dirty. they did not post on their website or even at front desk, very displeased with the hotel. Lady next to use had ants all over in her room.

was an ok stay out of the storm

It was ok, a huge storm was in the area. Iam glad the hotel was on a hill so it kept us from the flash floods. The hotel phone didnt work the storm caused the carpet in the room to be damp & the operator/clerk didnt have any candles or flashlights if the electricity went out

Good room for the price

Front desk employee was great. Room smelled like it had been a smoking room, bathtub leaked outside of bathroom but location was great. Continental breakfast was great. Good room for the price.
