“My group and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hearth while we were in town for Warped Tour. The host was communicative and so kind, and the property was immaculately kept, very comfortable and honestly, much bigger than the pictures made it appear. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to……

“It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were……

The proximity to the bus line and subway station is amazing for those wanting to keep transportation to the top sites at a lower cost. The amenities were great for our family of three.
