“Nice hotel ”

“Don’t write reviews often, but this hotel is above and beyond. A 1906 structure that they just don’t build anymore, lovingly and beautifully restored, with 14 foot ceilings in the rooms!!! When was the last time you had a 14 foot ceiling in the bath area? The architectural features are of another gilded era, and brought back to life like it was yesterday. Service is excellent. Full marks.”

“Unfortunately there was a large group staying at the hotel who were very loud, entitled and self absorbed who made any time we were at the hotel uncomfortable. They overcrowded the elevators and caused them to quit working so the fire department had to be dispatched to the hotel. This was while we were checking in. No one cleaned the room or provided clean towels or replaced used coffee supplies, etc. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful.”

“Every thing is great great and more great the only thing I felt could and should be better is the actual water in the pool the water was very cloudy very very cloudy it has to be purified more often but other than that it was a fantastic stay and it is near everything and I mean everything supermarket the mall macys Nordstrom etc. a lot of restaurants in the area and even a smoke shop around the corner and everything is walking distance everything we didn’t drive at all.”
