“One thing I love about this inn that is not a compliment I am ever able to give hotels is that the bathtubs are wonderful. I've stayed at a hotel with a cracked fiberglass shell, another with a tub bottom that felt like I was going to break through. The tubs at the inn are a lovely SOLID cast iron. (And the hot water is HOT!)”

“The interior of the home was beautiful with the exception of minor repairs overlooked by the homeowner. The exterior of the house initially was terrible, with the grass uncut and shutters leaning on the exterior front entrance of the home. The homeowner stopped by the next day to address concerns and did have the grass cut and the overflowing trash can taken away from previous renters. Hopefully the homeowner will pay more attention to his beautiful home and property in the future.”

“This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light. Not a downside, but remember you’re……

“The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained.”
