“Habitación limpia y de calidad”

“Es un hotel precioso, estilo colonial Ingles del año 1780, como digo precioso, pero que las habitaciones necesitan algo mas de cuidado y reforma (al menos la mía) cierto es que durante mi estancia fui testigo de trabajos de renovación en el salón Imperial. Repito, que es un establecimiento único, pues como alojarse en una casa Victoriana, único y especial. En definitiva lo disfrute muchísimo y quede encantado”

“Very bad experience I had during my stay. Though they are claiming 3 to 4 star equivalent but in practical they dont have such facilities. Complementary breakfast was worst than I ever experienced and thier stuff are very rude and dont know how to behave with the guest.”

“Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results.”

“I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com”

“The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. ”

“I have no Idea how this hotel got 3 star ratings, room is moulded, damped, bed and blanket is got spot and durty blanket and street level breakfast. no tissu even in toilet. I have to asked for tissue but they said they are not providing any tissue. even no water with the breakfast. in my 2 night stay never seen they cleaning any parts of the hotel. top of everything their information on description is not matched in reality.”
