“Siamton is conveniently located, and we stayed here a second time because last year we had a great experience. This time though our experience wasn't the same. The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year. The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. “Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel.”

“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”
