“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“Staff was excellent, all very helpful and personable. Stayed on the third floor and room was super quiet and beds comfortable. Would stay again for sure.”

“The water is brown when you first turn on the tap. Toilet won't stop flushing. Very noise. Sink doesn't work until someone fixed it”
