“O hotel é ok, ele fica 1hora e meia de trem até o centro de Budapeste, café da manhã simples e não tem reposição. Os quartos são simples, box um pouco apertado mas nada que desabone o hotel. ”

“To get to the hotel, in the immediate surrounding area I passed at least 3 piles of abandoned furniture, mattresses, etc. Not the hotel's fault but not the nicest experience. The shower was so hot, even at the lowest temperature that it was difficult to take a shower. When I complained they told me to closed it and wait 5 minutes for the pipes to cool down. That didn't work and I was offered no alternative. There was no room service so I arrived late and had to drive a few kilimetres to find……

“I stayed at the Chesscom more than 5 times. They have the guesthouse, the hotel and the apartment options. Last Feb 22 was the first time I ordered a breakfast. It exceeded my expectations due to the rich breakfast. Thank you for always exceeding hospitality.”

“El personal muy atento muy servicial pero , la habitación no era lo que me prometieron me emferme porq estaba frio frio sin calefacción no signal para la televisión pedi agua para tomar y me dijieron que solo del baño podia tomar no estaba muy contento ”

“Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Amazing value for money. Not extremely close to downtown but very walkable. Laundry service was very convenient as it was free to use and has good machines. Only drawback is construction to the north on a nearby building began early (7am) and caused some disruptions to sleep. ”

“Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia……
