The property is beautiful and my stay was really pleasant. The staff, the decor, the service - its all very good! The only feedback I have is - as an advertised VIP property for Expedia Gold Members there should be an upgrade where possible. But its really difficult to get this upgrade. The hotel will offer an upgrade to a slightly better view or otherwise but not a real upgrade to the next category. Especially when its empty too. If they can make this process smoother and offer without having to ask repeatedly or negotiate that would make for a much better experience.

I cannot put into words what a beautiful hotel this is! From the moment we arrived till we checked out we were treated with so much respect and kindness. All the staff were so lovely, friendly and kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food was lovely. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay was pleasant and we literally didn't want to leave. Every single member of staff was kind and professional, and one of the receptionist, after we mentioned we recently got married, she arranged for a treat to be organised in our room. Also, the concierge was really helpful and always polite. He helped us organising a few activities in the city. Absolutely, 10 out of 10 experience.
