“I took my sister to the property for her 60th birthday and it couldn't have been nicer! From the super friendly, helpful staff to the spacious, well-appointed rooms, it was truly fabulous! The location is right off the main thoroughfare so it was quiet be easily accessible to Bowen's Wharf. The boxes complimentary continental breakfast delivered right to our rooms was a treat! We ate it on the rooftop which was lovely - it had a great view of the town. And to top everything off, the inn had a……

“Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.”

“Staff was super helpful, BUT my dog was barking when they were cleaning the rooms, he was barking, hearing the noise which is expected, and I got a text about it. It's supposed to be pet friendly and barking with noise in the hallway which I warmed the staff about already was my only gripe”

“Absolutely loved this Inn. Will 100% stay here again one day. Young man at the front desk was very nice, gave us a lot of great recommendations. The tea time was perfect, I didn’t even realize that was part of the stay when we booked. And we did not make it to breakfast but everything smelled amazing. You can’t necessarily hear into the next room, but the rooms are very small. If you’re looking for a hotel style room this is not it for you. We loved it!”

“Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor. Will most definately stay……
