Beautiful property but what really made the stay was the kindness and attention to detail from staff. Someone was always saying hi and made you feel so welcome. Just be aware on weekends the music is quite loud until at least midnight it’s not a quiet hotel but that was okay for us as a couple traveling.

This was my first time at this property and 2nd time to Huntington Beach with my family. The first time I stayed was at Kimpton Shorebreak Inn. In comparing the amenities I thought they did offer more as far as S’mores nightly for the kids, happy hour each night for the adults and a candy bar for the kids, was a nice addition to the stay. I did enjoy my time at Pasea and the staff was friendly and assisted when I needed.

The property itself is nice, however the restrooms in the rooms could be better maintained. The onsite staff weren’t terribly friendly, which is a shame considering this is a hospitality industry. The one thing that was most memorable for us was Miguel, the bellhop man! He gave our son a book upon arrival and was the only person who greeted us while walking the hallways/property

The decor was beautiful. Love pet friendly. The pet area was filthy with dog poop (fake grass?). The king bed slips off the bed base and the corner edge cut my disabled husbands shin. The toilet tank didn’t have water but we know how to Fix that so we did. Otherwise we enjoyed our very expensive Fourth of July 21st anniversary.
