“The room was GREAT! the guests are inconsiderate of the guests in the rooms next to them, letting doors SLAM all night long, talking loudly outside on the corridor, letting their kids run up and down the corridor and stairs starting at 6am, i got out of bed and asked the man in the next room if he could close his door a little lighter, he told me…if it bothers me that much to go somewhere else! The saving grace of this stay was I was checking out the next day.”

“Excellent hotel and location. It was a bit too crowded especially in the pool area. Also the pictures overstated the water slides. They are more suitable for much younger kids and not as appropriate for a 12 year old child.”

“Overall, my stay at the hotel was great and I truly enjoyed the property. However, my arrival experience was a bit disappointing. When I arrived, the valet took my vehicle and assisted with unloading my luggage onto a bell cart. However, I was then expected to push the cart myself into the hotel and over to the registration desk. After checking in, I asked the front desk associate if someone would be assisting me with my luggage. I was told that I could take it myself and that someone would……

“Beautiful hotel. The kids had a blast”

“Our room smelled strongly of bleach and mildew. There was mold in the shower grout. Our door security latch got stuck and we were locked IN our room for about 30min. We even called the after hours staff but we eventually got it open. All in all the staff were friendly but its basically a Motel 6, 15min away from Huntington Beach.”

“The shower was cold and limited TV Chanel’s , plus the guy that was in the Office had very limited English and could not walk into the office , had to talk to them from outside through a glass window . Room itself was modern and very clean . The bed was good and sheets clean . The are currently renovating so the outside Is a mess”

“We had a spacious and very clean 2QueenBed room . Location very convenient, close to Costco, Trader Joe's, Panda Express and Mitsuwa Marketplace. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and accomodating.”
