“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“Room was very well-equipped and the small park behind the hotel was perfect for our doggie.”

“I had an issue with the faucet in the tub not turning completely off and informed the desk and kept checking a couple of times when they would show up and they finally did around 6 pm and adjusted it. I know they were busy but when I called the desk answer was they should be there soon. At least they finally came.”
