"This rental met our needs for a spring training weekend. It was clean, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. And the price was right.But as other reviews stated this house has a lot of potential much of which is cosmetic. A fresh coat of paint, bedroom ceiling repairs, ceiling vent repairs and fixing the floating swimming pool light would be helpful. "We had a group of ten adults and a baby. The property is in a great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. Several pack and plays and high chairs were available at the property . Both sections of the rental were fairly well stocked. The larger half had a big couch in a large space where we often hung out. The outdoor pool area wasn't fancy but we spent several hours lounging in the pool each day. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with my adult sons. It is a comfortable home...

"We loved staying at this property. The house was spotless with every amenity a family could need. The location cannot be beat! Direct shot to Naples, Bonita Beach, all of the restaurants and stores.
