“Wonderfully appointed, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to get to A&M quickly but a peaceful place to return to. Host communicated well and was helpful throughout our stay! Will try to stay here again next time we are in College Station! ”

“Simple rules: Don't rearrange furniture, put trash in outside bin, & lock-up when leaving. Not bombarded with "do this," "don't do that" signs. No hidden fees. No surprises. Self check-in & check-out. Lots of room. Very comfortable. Good shower. Very reasonable price. Pretty rural farming area. This was our best experience with a short-term rental. ”

“Loved my stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything thing worked great from the coffee pot to the a/c. If i had any complaints,it would be the strret light from the park next door shines in the master bedroom really bad. Maybe drapes instead of shades and the master bed was a little to hard. I didnt think it was when i first sat on it but it was hard. I would definitely stay again though. Brady was very nice and accommodating!”
