Clean, spacious house with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, & 1 set of twin bunk beds in a gated community close to golf courses, casinos, music festivals. 30 minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs or Joshua Tree National Park. Maximum of 4 cars parked at the property overnight. Overnight street parking is PROHIBITED (10pm-6am). Please utilize the garage and driveway.

QUIET HOURS: 10pm – 8am Fridays - Saturdays; 9pm-8am Sundays - Thursdays. Keep outdoor noise at "library level" during quiet hours.

Guests are PROHIBITED from using the community lake. Guests found to be using the lake will be immediately evicted without refunds and fined $2000.
