“This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them.”

“The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.”

“This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6.”

“Older hotel but nice and clean and super comfortable beds. The breakfast was good too. Close to the airport and a great Chinese restaurant within feet of the hotel. The staff was great too.”

“It was a nice hotel and close to everything. The only issue we had was that we paid $10 per day for parking and each night when we returned parking was very hard to find and very inconvenient to park at the back of the lot with between big trucks in small spaces.”

“The pictures look better than reality. The upkeep of property is very poor. The room was somewhat clean. I woke up in middle of night and there was a roach crawling on bed. When I went to checkout no one at front desk so I could not discuss with staff about the cleanliness and roach. I would not recommend.”

“Knocking on door at 10 a.m. when check out is 11. Bed sheets/Bed was dirty- Blood stains on sheets and more. Do not stay here.”
