“Clean, comfortable room. Bad coffee.”

“Check in was easy. Beds were good and sheets were nice. We used the Guest washing machine/dryer's - they did not work. After two times, washer left clothes soaked. Hand rung the clothes out to try the dryer and it did not work either. Asked for help, staff unfriendly about the issue and acted 'put out' and told me that the $4 in quarters was all they were going to do to help. Not completely understanding the comment because they are the ones who can open the machine to retrieve the……

“our faucet in the sink was very difficult to work. You had to really push to make it work. the toilet was running and you had to jiggle the lever. annoying. The toilet was the same problem as last year. They only gave one key card for each room.”

“Great stay in Tiny Home. The location was excellent, close to the national park, restaurants, and right along the creek, which made for a peaceful setting. The home was very clean, well equipped, and everyone we met was friendly. Only drawback was the sleeping area got very hot, so a fan or second AC would help. There were some invasive bugs in the area, but staff communicated it well. Overall, we’d come back.”

“It was conveniently located to Black Canyon NP. Otherwise it was dark, dingy, stained sheets, and cracked bath tub. The breakfast was okay, some cereal, oatmeal packet, waffle machine, and toast. There wasn't nearly enough room for people to sit and eat, though, which is challenging with small children. We booked the room for four people but they only provided three towels (we went and got another). The AC took a while to kick in but once it did it worked well.”
