"The place in general was good. Our room (206) was in need of some basic maintenance. The shower rod was falling off the wall, sink faucet was loose, toilet seat was loose, towel rack over the toilet was loose, but the room was clean. For a place to sleep it was ok!"

"Comfortable, clean, budget friendly accommodation. We had a quick stay overnight and found the location convenient, safe, with many businesses (restaurants and stores) nearby which was convenient. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the addition of a kitchenette was nice. The linens were newer and spotless. The facility is on the older side but is well maintained. The air conditioning unit worked well. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Eugene area."
