"Beds comfy, noise is loud outside due to traffic and parking lot. Breakfasts amazing. If you're a light sleeper or need sleep you must stay on top floor away from others. Doors slam at all hours beginning at 5am and noise was late into 12am+ We did stay during the end of Spring Break, but did not know it was that season. Otherwise we love La Quinta"

"Staff is very friendly, rooms are always immaculate! It’s a great location if you’re visiting your college student or attending a concert. It’s also pet friendly in some rooms with a clean pet potty area. We stay here often and always enjoy our stay. "

"Rooms were nice especially the ones facing the river. Book that. Restaurant very good. We were there 5 nights and the constant thumping and ceiling "crunch" noise from the room above us was disturbing. No free coffee in the lobby. But they did have an airport shuttle which was helpful. "

"The room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean at all there was urine spots on the floor and seat. We know it’s a motel and all but some standard would be good. It was in really bad shape. "

"Went for a concert in Eugene at Matthew Night Arena, hotel is conveniently located across the street. Satisfied what we got for nightly price. Our room was clean, But definitely needs an update. Bring your own pillow unless you are ok with a small square type. Don’t count on the room pics on line and skip the bfast."

"Honest and true review. The continental breakfast was great. The staff very friendly, corteous and professional. I accidentally forgot my sweater as I hauled my family out the door and when I called them an hour later, one of the managers had it safely secured and nothing was missing. When I picked it up, it was bagged up and ready at the front counter. Room was spacious. The pool is not heated, which could be a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. After the 1st night I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the rooms and the following is true to our stay with my kiddos. Found a receipt from a previous guest in one of the drawers, which I understand is not that big of a deal. I then found a toenail in the bathtub right before I showered. There was "unidentifiable" goop on the shower curtain and hair. When I tried to grab a towel from a cubby in the bathroom, there were used tissues next to them. Found an ant on a pillow as I was putting my 1 year old son down for a nap. Next to the bed closest to the window was a case for a smart watch, which indicated to me that it was an area that wasn't cleaned. I don't have any plans on booking a stay here again."
