“My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate.”

“Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. ”

“This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. Don't miss the tour of Mountain Thunder coffee plantation! The entire trip was a thoroughly great experience!”

“Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!”

“Unless you're staying in one of the other 7 units with private access to the beach, I don't think you can find a better location anywhere! The view and beach access at this townhouse are simply unparalleled! The pool and the grounds themselves are stunning and even the non-oceanfront side of the building is quite private and beautifully landscaped.The unit is somewhat dated, but that is reflected in the pricing and we found it very much as we were expecting. “We had a lovely stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great. The location is excellent because it’s right in the middle of Kailua and Kona.
