“Lovely property, well furnished with good kitchen. Ground floor was really nice to walk out on lawn and pool was right next door. Only issue we had was slight musty smell, but you adjust. Well located property close to central Kona. Big enough for two couples or large families.”

“It waa right across from Turtle beach, with easy drives to many other beaches. The pool area was awesome. Lawrence was great to work with and easy to contact. We loved our time in Hawaii! ”

“From the first point of contact with Marji to our extended check-out time, Marji was incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about her home and the surrounding areas to help us plan a fantastic annual family trip. Her home was just stunning and provided every comfort and luxury. Needless to say, the views were like no other.... just breathtaking! We felt spoiled every minute. “Private beach house, across the street from other homes on the ocean but with a lovely open view of the ocean itself. Eclectic and welcoming Hawaiian decor. Great liana for hanging out and eating. Well-outfitted kitchen for cooking in. Boogie boards and beach chairs available for use. Only about 1/8 mile walk from excellent snorkeling area. Some traffic in front during the day but quiet at night. I would choose to stay here again.”

“The two bed two bath condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. It has all the supplies you need -- snorkel and beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, all the utensils in kitchen. A LOT of towels too. I can't recommend this property enough. We truly felt it was our home away from home. The location is superb. It's not at the busiest Kona part yet only 4 minutes to the Keauhou shopping center. ”

“Even better than the photos! Meals on the lanai or inside the screened-in porch were so pleasant and the kitchen set-up was fantastic. We were able to leave food so that unopened things went to a local food bank. The bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower had two shower heads. And the sunset view was incredible. My husband loved the swimming pool and I was incredibly happy to be within a stone's throw of one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island.The host was so, so friendly and……
