“The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space was large and well laid out. You are near Keahou Bay and lots of action but are truly out of the fray. The air conditioner does not go below 76 degrees, leaving it quite warm at night. Overall a great value, if you don't mind being too warm”

“Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!”

“Our stay at Kanaloa Kona was a wonderful experience. Check-in was simple and although we showed up past business hours, the staff that was available was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with access and the property was clean and had everything we needed including extra towels, bedding, beach toys, beach towels, extra soap/ shampoo, bug spray, kitchen equipment, basic pantry items, etc. Our host was responsive almost immediately and the location is central to so much Kona has to offer.……

“Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.”
