“Check-in and check-out were perfect. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. It was truly a tropical oasis to enjoy our time between visiting the volcano and the falls in Hilo. The cats made the stay even sweeter as they perched themselves on the lanai. Christina was a very attentive host and gave us lots of good ideas. We enjoyed walking to the cliffs at both sunrise and dusk for our zen with the waves crashing on the cliffs. It was such a nice change from the more touristy……

“The unit was as depicted in photos. Clean and well equipped. It is very centrally located within Hilo and has easy access to all surrounding areas. The manager was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had a small problem while there and it was addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Very good experience. ”

We actually made a special trip to Hilo to bring back a large order, and I highly recommend it to future guest. “Very kind land lord who is willing to take that extra step to make sure you are satisfied. There were a couple of issues, but she made sure they were rectified. One thing I would like to suggest is replacing the bath linens, as they felt and looked old and scratchy. Thanks”

All the residents we met were very nice. . Definitely use the 395 Hualani St address in the GPS. Much easier to park.Owner was very prompt to answer any questions. You will need to download an app to use the washer and dryer (it’s easy!)Pleasant stay.”
